ADMISSION TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

November 2019, the Company’s 177,715,987 ordinary shares were admitted
to the Standard Segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market at
8.00am GMT Thursday 12 December under the ticker “ADT1”.
